My kids come back to this smoothie time and time again. Why? Because it tastes just like a Boost All Berry Bang but without all the added sugar. I love this smoothie because the humble raspberry is loaded with fibre. 1 cup of raspberries provides around 8g of fibre which is 40% of 4-8 yr olds daily fibre needs.
Your kids will love the fruity flavour of this smoothie!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup frozen raspberries
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp chia seeds
2 dessert spoons of unflavoured greek yoghurt
300ml unsweetened apple juice
300ml water
ice
Blend and serve. Makes 3 small serves

Everyone needs a classic banana smoothie in their repertoire! This smoothie is probably one of my kids most requested smoothies and it's one I come back to time and time again because it tastes so good!

This is great smoothie for kids who aren't as keen on milk based drinks or prefer a fruitier/tropical taste. If your kids need need a bit of encouragement to try something "green" try some silly names like "Witches brew or Hulk Juice". You can also play a game by getting your kids to "turn their smoothie green". Start by blitzing up all but the green spinach. The ask your child to add one baby spinach leaf and watch as it disappears into nothing when blended. Amazing!! Slowly but surely add more baby spinach until it is green.
