Nudie Rudie Insulated Drink Bottles should always be washed by hand to protect their beautiful designs. Washing in the dishwasher will result in the patterns wearing off. We recommend washing in warm soapy water and using a bottle brush to remove any residue from inside the bottle. Carefully remove the silicone seal and clean in warm soapy water to remove any residue and slip back on to the lid.
Our stainless steel leak free lunchboxes are dishwasher safe. Simply peel out the silicone seal on the lid and the whole lunch box can go in the dishwasher.
Our bottles and lunch boxes are made from hard wearing stainless steel but wear and tear is an inevitable part of any product, especially those designed for children. If dropped they will suffer dents and scratches and the patterns on the bottles can scuff when they come into contact with hard surfaces. Silicone is also prone to absorbing food stains, especially from the juice of fruits or vegetables like carrot sticks, watermelon, strawberries, tomatoes or rockmelon. While it is inevitable that these stains will form on silicone products, you can minimise or sometimes even remove the stains by soaking overnight in mild bleach and detergent.
This is all considered part of the normal wear and tear of our products, and refunds will not be issued.
