1 cup frozen strawberries
500ml reduced fat cows milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1 TBS honey (adjust to your preferred level of sweetness)
2 Tbs oats
Add ingredients to high powered blender and blitz until smoothie. Makes 3 small child sized smoothies.
