Everyone needs a classic banana smoothie in their repertoire! This smoothie is probably one of my kids most requested smoothies and it's one I come back to time and time again because it tastes so good!
The best thing about a basic banana smoothie like this is that it's great on it's own, or you can use it as a base to add some extra flavourings like peanut or cashew butter, coco powder or coffee (for the adults!). You can add chia or hemp seeds for an extra boost of fibre and protein.
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (adjust to your preferred level of sweetness)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened greek yoghurt
400ml reduced fat cows milk
Bltiz and serve - Makes 2
