Shipping Information

We offer flat rate domestic shipping of $12.95 AUD on all Australian orders, with free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD.

For faster delivery, Express Post shipping is available for $19.95 AUD via Australia Post (available on orders up to $300 AUD). While Express Post is typically delivered the next business day to most Australian capital cities once dispatched, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by Australia Post.

We also offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand for $25 AUD.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, with most orders leaving our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Our Insulated Food Jar lids can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher.

The silicone seal must be removed from the lid after every use and before every wash. Wash the lid and silicone seal separately, either by hand or in the dishwasher.

After washing, take care to completely drain and dry the lid before use or storage. Water can become trapped within the lid and around the handle, so we recommend resting the lid on its side on a tea towel or drying rack until completely dry. Moving the handle can also help release any water that may be trapped inside.

For storage, leave the silicone seal out of the lid and store the food jar open with the lid off. This allows airflow and prevents moisture from becoming trapped, which can create an environment where mould may develop.

Only replace the silicone seal once everything is completely dry and you’re ready to use your food jar again.
