International Shipping is available for New Zealand, USA, Asia Pacific and some parts of Europe. Shipping fees are calculated by weight and location, and will be displayed during the checkout process.  If you are outside this zone please email hello@nudierudielunchbox.com.au for a quote. Please note any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

We use Sendle and Australia Post to deliver your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link from the relevant courier. If you can’t find this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Once your parcel is with our delivery partners, delivery timeframes are outside our control. However, both Sendle and Australia Post will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe on your tracking page.

Please note:

• Our postal partners may leave your parcel at the delivery address if it is deemed safe to do so. A signature is not required.

• If no safe place is available or the courier is unable to access your property, your parcel will be redirected to a nearby collection point. You will receive an email with pick-up instructions and timeframes.

• If you require a signature on delivery, please include this request as a note on your order at checkout or contact customer service directly on hello@nudierudielunchbox.com.au.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to disruptions within the postal network. While we are not liable for late deliveries, you're welcome to contact the courier directly using your tracking number for updates.

📦 Important: The tracking link provided contains all available information about your parcel’s location. We do not receive any additional updates beyond what is shown on your tracking page.

If your parcel is running late or missing, in the first instance use the tracking number provided in your shipping email to contact the relevant postal partner and lodge a late or missing parcel enquiry. They will do their best to help you retrieve the parcel. If you need further help please contact us at hello@nudierudielunchbox.com.au

Please note - all late  enquires MUST be bought to our attention NO LATER than 14 days after the estimated date of arrival for us to be able to launch a late parcel enquiry for you. All missing parcel enquires need to be bought to our attention within 48 hours of attempted delivery, if you can not locate the parcel. Compensation can not be issued after these time frames.

Please ensure your address details are entered accurately, including in ApplePay or PayPal.

• Redelivery Fee: Orders requiring redelivery due to incorrect addresses, insufficient details, or failure to collect the parcel on time will incur an $11.95 fee.

• Returns & Restocking Fees: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or failure to collect and you elect to now cancel your order, a $10 restocking fee will apply, along with full reimbursement of the shipping costs we incurred (not the flat shipping rate), even if your order qualified for free shipping. These fees will be deducted from any refunds.

• Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address was provided and the parcel has already been shipped or delivered, we cannot retrieve the parcel or offer a refund.

Insulated Drink Bottles should always be washed by hand in warm soapy water to protect their beautiful designs.

Our stainless steel leak free lunchboxes are dishwasher safe. Simply peel out the silicone seal on the lid and the whole lunch box can go in the dishwasher.
