2 x 5 Compartment Lunch Boxes

The dimensions of the largest section of our 5 compartment lunch box are approx. 10.5 cm x 10.5 cm. It will fit a sandwich made from a "traditional" sized loaf of bread - eg the type you might buy in house from the Coles or Woolworths bakery. It does not fit larger sized loaves of bread like Helgas or Wonder White without cutting off the crusts.

Silicone can stain when it comes into contact with highly coloured foods, such as tomato-based sauces, watermelon, berries or carrot. These stains will often fade naturally over time, or you can follow our Deep Cleaning Silicone guide above for more stubborn stains.

Staining is cosmetic only and won’t affect the performance or durability of the silicone.

Before putting away make sure your lunch box is completely dry. We recommend storing your lunch box with the seal out. This is to avoid a build up of any food smells.

We’ve designed our lunch boxes to be tough, durable and ready for everyday school life. With regular use, stainless steel may develop scratches or small dents, while silicone can temporarily stain from highly coloured foods. These stains will often fade over time, or you can follow our silicone deep-cleaning guide for more stubborn stains. These cosmetic changes are a normal part of everyday use and won’t affect the performance of your lunch box.

Our lunch boxes are completely dishwasher safe. All components (silicone and stainless steel) can be washed this way. They are also suitable for hand washing.

We think our lunch boxes are suitable for a wide range of ages from little ones all the way up to adults.

Our five compartment lunch box is suitable from around 4+years of age. The clasp is firmer but generally manageable for young children once shown how to open and close it.

Consider the suitability of this product for your child, as a small family run business, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. 

Use our range of reusable lunch box stickers to personalise and label your stainless steel lunch boxes. Our reusable name tag stickers can be written on with permanent marker; however, the writing may fade with repeated washing and may need to be refreshed from time to time.

Our stainless steel lunch boxes can also be labelled with vinyl name labels, or you may like to check with your local engraver about having your child’s name permanently engraved.

Our lunchboxes are crafted from high-grade 304 food-safe stainless steel and have been independently tested to meet FDA food safety standards. We use 100% pure silicone, also independently tested and LFGB certified—the highest standard for food-safe silicone products.

Silicone can absorb odors from scented dishwashing liquids or tablets. To prevent this, we recommend using fragrance-free dishwashing liquids or tablets, often labeled as "eco products" and available at most supermarkets. If your silicone products develop a soapy smell or taste, try one of the following deep cleaning methods:

Deep Cleaning Silicone:

1. Vinegar + Baking Soda

• Mix equal parts hot water and vinegar in a sink or bowl.
• Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda (it should fizz).
• Let the silicone soak for a few hours or overnight.
• Rinse and dry. Repeat if needed.
  

2. Boil in Water + Vinegar

• Fill a pot with 3/4 water and 1/4 vinegar (enough to cover the silicone).
• Boil for 10-15 minutes, then rinse and dry.
