White Christmas Slice - No Bake!

Who doesn’t love a slice of festive magic? This nut-free White Christmas Slice is the ultimate treat for lunchboxes or class parties as we countdown to the holiday season. No oven needed, it’s easy to make, a total crowd-pleaser for kids, and perfect for feeding a whole class. Get ready to sprinkle some Christmas cheer—this recipe’s got you covered!

 Ingredients:     Makes approx. 20-25 slices 

400g white cooking chocolate 

1 ½ cups rice bubbles 

½ cup desiccated coconut 

½ cup chopped pretzels 

½ cup chopped dried apricots 

½ cup chopped cranberries 

1/3 cup sunflower seeds 

 

Method: 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add rice bubbles, coconut, apricots, pretzels, cranberries and sunflower seeds. 

  2. Melt white chocolate and pour over mixture, stir well until everything is coated in chocolate and combined. 

  3. Line a square tin with baking paper and pour in slice mixture, pressing in firmly with a spatula. 

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours and then slice into squares & enjoy! 

 

  • Nut free alternative to the classic Christmas dessert! 
  • Can substitute rice bubbles for puffed quinoa or add rolled oats for extra fibre
