Chia pudding is something we really enjoy as a family as the weather gets warmer. A chocolate chia pudding is a great way to introduce these to your kids if they haven't tried them before. I love incorporating chia seeds into our diet as they are such a great source of fibre, protein, iron, calcium and are particularly high in plant based Omega 3 fats.
2 cups reduced fat cows milk (or milk of choice)
3 level tablespoons of drinking chocolate
1/2 cup chia seeds
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and allow to set for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
